So here are some strategies for curing monsoon-related hair damage.

Making oiling a regular part of your hair care routine will help prep your hair. Twice a week, apply hair oil before shampooing to strengthen hair strands from the roots, reduce frizz and prevent hair breakage.

Regular shroom once a week: The scalp can benefit greatly from a 15-minute shroom, which is similar to a spa treatment and one of the best ways to heal damaged hair. It improves the oil’s ability to penetrate the skin and deliver its active elements, accelerating blood circulation and hair growth.

The best way is to towel dry your hair: Use the towel-dry method rather than blow-drying your hair, as this can make it more frizzy and dry. After shampooing, it is ideal to dry your hair with a microfiber towel.

Use the right comb: When you try to detangle your hair after washing your hair, you risk significant damage. Due to the fragility of your wet hair, brushing it vigorously can lead to hair loss. It’s best to towel dry your hair before using a wide-tooth comb, jade comb, or wooden comb, as they will be less harsh on your strands.
