The first group of tenants is confirmed for Marcel Boulevard, an ongoing commercial development on I-45 South and Grand Central Parkway.
An upscale Cajun and Creole-inspired restaurant is coming to Marcel Boulevard, a shopping and dining destination within the planned Grand Central Park community in Conroe, according to a September 23 press release. The restaurant, owned by Louisiana-born and Conroe-resident Scott and Aubrey Elias, will be called Voodoo Grille and will offer a patio and indoor seating.
âMarcel Boulevard will be a beautiful space that will link modern luxury with nature,â Scott Elias said in the statement. “Our love for nature and service to the community make this the ideal location for our concept.”
Other tenants include Perfect Round, a family-friendly sports bar with four simulated golf bays with patio and indoor seating, according to the release, as well as Thrive Day Spa, Atelier Salon Suites and Strategic Mind Games, a new age store, tabletop battle games, board games, personalized chess sets and other items.
Apex Executive Suites are also slated to open on Marcel Boulevard with private offices, shared workspace, conference rooms and virtual offices, the statement said.
Tenants are expected to open in the first quarter of 2022.
In total, Marcel Boulevard will provide 68,160 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 32,400 square feet of office space. Special areas for events and entertainment will also be included, the statement said.
Marcel Boulevard is developed by Marcel, a commercial real estate development and property management company based in The Woodlands.
